How I can help you
I am Anatolii. I’ve been navigating the software industry for the past 10 years, assuming different roles, from software engineer to community manager, conference organizer, and business process designer. For 5 years of my career, I used to work with the Scala Center and Lausanne Polytechnique University in Switzerland to develop and manage the Scala programming language and its vast community.
Through my journey, I had a pleasure to meet and work with a lot of interesting people. Those professional encounters together with my academic background as a lawyer and my keen interest and ongoing education in the field of human nature and psychology helped me gain an insight on what makes or breaks a software engineer’s career or a team’s success.
These days, I work with software professionals to help them engineer their careers and for smooth, methodical growth towards their goals.
