Consultation Flow
First Session
During the first online video session, we will first discuss your problem in detail:
- What professional area is in need of change?
- What did you already try to resolve the issue?
- What resources (skill, time, money, personal capacity) will you need for a successful resolution?
- Possible reasons that enable the issue?
- Success Criteria: how will you know your problem is solved?
We will also agree upon a schedule for the follow-up sessions. For optimal results, one session per week is recommended.
Subsequent Sessions
Following the first session, we will keep meeting following the agreed-upon schedule. During those follow-up sessions, we will gradually build the thinking habits and behavioural algorithms that will allow you to approach familiar situations differently, securing the desired outcome.
Final Session
During the final session, we will summarize the transformative experience and see future areas of development for you.
Logistics
The sessions take place online via a video call. If you are based in Tokyo, it is also possible to arrange an in-person meeting. The price of one session is 150$, the duration is one hour.
After you’ve selected a convenient time slot at the Book a Session page, I’ll review your request and send you a payment link where you can pay for the consultation. After you’ve submitted your payment, your booking will be confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the calendar event and the link to the video call.
